This is an awesome video and your lean! i'm in pretty good shape and i'm lean too... but i cant see my lower 2 abs... and i was wondering do you plan out all your meals through out your week???
@lobsidedballs lower abs are hard to hit. to work them, u'd have to lay on the ground and do leg raises (scissors and holding them 6 inches above the ground for periods of time). but honestly, to have your abs stand out more (especially lower abs) u'd have to lower body fat. yes, that means more and effective cardio will lower body fat which will shed fat off of lower abs. also, i used to plan out my meals but not anymore. i have a general idea and go with the flow. stick to healthy proteins!
@ITubeUser23 summer of '09 i made a 12-week lean regimen which included 3 different stages of workouts, the last one being all resistance-band exercises. 20 minutes 5 times a week for 2 weeks i lost 4 pounds. it really works and was surprised how intense the workouts were!
@quikieemart oh okay, so would it be good to do like a 20 minute abb/core exercise, and then do this workout for the rest of my upper body? cause ive been doing it for a week now every other day, should i start doing it everyday? and should i take a protein supplement after it?
@ITubeUser23 well i used to break it down every main muscle group by day. so monday i would focus on chest, doing 20 minutes of those chest exercises i mentioned, with 5 sets 10-12 reps each, performing them real slow with perfect form. then tuesday i would do biceps, etc. the first week is pretty tough. and yes, you can take a protein shake right after.
the burn will feel different than when you're in the gym. it's great!
@quikieemart so could i possibly do this workout everyday? or would that not be a good idea cause i would need to rest the muscles. Im trying to get bigger and bulk up so what would you suggest i do?
Nice, but a few questions, I just got a set, and I am tall, so when I have to anchor them under my feet, and do biceps or anything overhead, I am scared they will snap or break. I have the golds gym set with 3 levels from wal mart. Also, I dont have a door attachment, how do I do door pullups?
just kneel down and put the band underneath your legs. this way you can do shoulder press and bicep curls easier without being afraid the bands will snap.
"this actually fucking hurts right now, shit!", "don't swing your arms and shit!" "I know this sounds gay, but" lol........ nah, in seriousness, really great form and i actually didn't realize i could do over head extensions with resistance bands. Thanks for the tips.
