Pisses me off. I am in the military and live in base housing where you can have any breed of dog you want.... except pit bulls, dobermans, and rotties (my three fav breeds). I have a boxer and someone even tried accusing him of being a pit bull because he is an English boxer with a big square head.

i dont know why people are always picking on those breeds. like kids learn from their parents. dogs learn from their owners. and when having company over watch for warning. plus make sure people know to act around them. pits and rots are only doing as they are taught. and when people realize that. maybe just maybe the owners will be forced to take the full responsibilty. nothing a little love torwds your pets wont take care of. and stray are for a reason. tossed them away like they were nothing.

Uck, people are just so ignorant! I cannot stand how they can blame INNOCENT animals for THEIR mistakes. They are trying to ban German Shepherds to, as well as Akitas and Boxers. My cousin is the proud owner of a Pit Bull, and my best friend owns a Boxer, and I am soon to get a German Shepherd. Let them try to take my dog and I'll stick my foot so far up their butt they can use it to walk on!

:'( that was so sad and i miss my pit bull even more now!

When i was out at a party, my neighbors who i then trusted were looking after my poor Sylvie. They did the opposite. They bet on her and set her to fight with my friends dog who they had been also "taking care of". they wouldnt fight so my neighbors locked them in a room and said they had run away. a few weeks later there was an investigation for drugs in there home, and they found Sylvie and my friends dog Tawnie, dead and bald.
