Russians are a bunch of fucking crooks. They are nothing but liars, thieves, assassins and spies. And that is their business model, not just their government policy. When the internet started to take off in the late 90's, I had hundreds of Russians and Russian companies try to scam me. They found my company web site. I sold industrial equipment to manufacturing plants. The fuckers will do everything to scam you... send forged bank cashier's checks from American banks, claim to wire money, etc.
