I am NOT saying that the shot is 47 FEET, second of all last time i checked 90/2=45 not 47, and thirdly the Pythagorean Theorem is actually used for right triangles, it gives a simple relation among the three sides of a right triangle so that if the lengths of any two sides are known, the length of the third side can be found. a squared+b squared=c squared...you really need know your shit before you talk shit
