if u finish point lookout and return to the capitol wasteland, can you go back to point lookout and go to Haley for repairs at 100% anytime you want?

if you wear t51b helmet you can wear unlimited headgear

@NWA90s If you mean REPAIR then go to HALEYS ask him to repair(but don't)then jump to PILGRIMS LANDING

go back to HALEY and his repair skill will go up by 5% each time you go back(he will start on 21%).

But if you ment CAPS then go to ANY trader(make sure they have 2 of the same armor in stock then buy the higher value one and sell it back at a loss this will rase the price of it,after you sell it back then get the lower value one and keep...

@NWA90s ...buying it and selling it back for a big profit...The profit will be better once you max out your BARTER skill.

well, it's a little bit tricky: first check haley's repair skills, then travel to (for example) the motel, then travel back to haley's hardware, check his repair skills again and you'll see that each time you do this his skills will raise by 5. keep doing this until his skills will reach the 100 points, mmkay? bye

if you wear the Chinese stealth armor that yu get from operation anchorage you can out oh like 9037502938 helmets to the the effects.
