I don't know anything about the rest of the artists but with Gaga, you do know that Madonna is a big influence in her music and she just loves Madonna who has a jacket and other stuff i think with the eye symbol and it was originally her way of paying tribute. Also, people accuse her of worshiping the 'devil' with the eye thing so she does it even more because honestly, I'd be mad too and do the same.
