it should be a song from the not existing(or not yet released) 9th Story 『マーベラス超宇宙』(the one that Revo has mentioned in his blog on 1/4/2007), which most likely about space.
a completely different style which is quite unpredictable, but then it's fun.
Revo(the leader of SH) announced us Sound Horizon would release their 9th story CD「マーベラス超宇宙(Marvelous Ultra-Space)」 in 2015 as joke of April Fool's Day in 2007.
However, he released this song in their live concert.
Well, it was just now confirmed after Dream Boat 2008 that the 6th Story will be 'Moira' ^^
Judging by the songs they played at the concert and the title, it appears to have to do with Greek Mythology/the Fates/Hades. I can't wait till they make the official announcement Wednesday!

I'm going out on a limb, but I hope the 6th Story has something to do with Space/Future XD
