Getting the Fertility Treatment reward increases your chances at having multiple births. Having your preggo sim listen to kid's music and watching the kid's channel on t.v. helps too. Whether you want multiple babies or just one, you can chose their sex by eating apples (for boys) or watermelons (for girls). I made my sim listen and watch the kid stuff and gave her 3 watermelons. She had girl triplets!

To get triplets, I had to have both parents get the fertility lifetime wish and have the mom watch the KidZ Zone channel and have kids music playing in the background. Only the dad made her drive herself to the hospital while he took the taxi. Jerk.

@talor9aster you should go to the cheats and use it to make needs static then to make sure it works you start from the begining of the medical career. when you reach level ten the option should appear on the social catagory "friendly" then click it. the reason to have the make needs static is because they better the mood the more promotion.  hope this helps

You can choose "try for a baby" if you are FAMILY ORIENTED but if you not, you can choose "relax-cuddle on bed- woohoo/try for a baby"
