@FlorisNB The jumpiness is his mind. This is what he is remembering and memories are jumpy. It's actually quite beautiful and beautifully done if you get it. Watch again knowing all he has left of her is his memories and we are seeing his pain and memories on the screen.

@Mich32Jazz No, that's totally not what I'm saying at all. Watch the original video. It has movie clips in it which were cut out and this video was edited from the original. In the original, there is no jumpiness to speak of; and that's how the video was intended to be. It wasn't intended to be jumpy like you say. Also, I don't think that's what the song is about. His memory of her isn't blurry at all; it's just that something didn't work out; but he still can't stop thinking of her.

Prefiero este video sin los cortos de la película. Han notado cuan devastado luce Damien Rice? carajo! hasta yo siento que se me revuelve el corazón y un punzón me remonta a esos ayeres en que dolía despertar pensando en todas las alegrías muertas en el campo de batalla. La amé y la extrañé muchísimo... pero ahora ha llegado alguien más a mi vida y no la cambiaría por nada.

Si, es muy cierto, esta versión de veras muestra literalmente lo que se siente al escucharse, y la parte que mas me emociona que casi me hace llorar es del minuto 2:10 al 2:40, se nota ese sentimiento que todos en algún momento hemos vivido.
