most all of them, excluding brendan small, are also the cast of that old show Dr. Katz, and the dialogue is almost exactly the same, only it's with adults and not kids, if you've never seen it before, it's really great, melissa's dad in this is dr. katz. and coach mcguirk is his son <3

how is it they're able to just NAIL the costuming in this show for the movies?? Considering how simply the characters are drawn and the simplicity of the animation, that is just astounding. It takes more artistic talent to portray something like that than to re-create a perfect copy of an old master painting.

wow, didn't think you'd get obsessed about this. OK: I'm an artist and went to art school and have training. And it's easy to learn to draw something realistically b/c there are techniques to this. But to make something so simple yet encompass all of the attributes needed to make something what it is, that takes true talent, a true eye for something. Melissa's afro, the slightly shaded glasses, her earrings, the cut of her shirt..these are all small things someone might easily miss. get it now?
