I am so sick of people saying Yoko Kanno is better than the original composer. Take your anime glasses off and pay attention to the music. She's a composer who works for the television/movie industry - she hardly ever works independently. I would hardly call that a genius.

Yoko Kanno's Turkey's better. You may know this Japanese composer (and genius) who takes a lot of (large) inspiration from so many songs from so many countries and so many styles, and makes them better.
FORVIDENPOWER999 I'm trying to understand why you're so angry at ROKOO . . . It's obvious this person enjoys the work of ANGELIT, why would you be so harsh and display so much hatred towards ROKOO ?? ((Personally, I love music from all around the world Finland (Sami), Africa, South Pacific, everything really. However just because we don't speak the language doesn't mean that we cannot appreciate the art and the artist just as much as someone that does)) Besides, hate is just ugly . . .
They are from FInland, the first time I saw it was on LinkTv and they had a great intro on it. I can check the link for you if you haven't found anything on it yet..if you want it still.
There is a video for this song. I saw it once, and only once on WorldLink TV's show World Music. It just happened to be the video that got me into Angelit... Been a fan ever since.

Great song. I like this song.
This song, ``Garkit" (released in 1999) is said to be plagiarized by a music producer Yoko Kanno in Japan.
The title of her controversial song is ``Turkey" (released in 2005).
The intro is identical. Please listen to this one:

The words mean: "Run with me, escape, escape. They won't notice" obviously an invitation to a (prospective?) boyfriend
