  • @SealDogification He says he got them from elbow strikes, I assume that means martial arts, elbow hits, that thing. Not sure man.

  • I understand you have elbow issues which is probably why you don't practice the full range of motion of this exercise, but you should explain to your audience in order to recruit the maximum amount of muscle fibers in your triceps in this exercise you need to fully extend your arms at the bottom to achieve your peek contraction.

  • I like the dip machine,but it doesn't work the MEDIAL HEAD,but Bodyweight dip works,i can feel it when i do the L-SIT after giving some reps with the the body weight dip at my home :D

  • @rkddbstlr Lui is ecto. He has long arms and legs and a relatively short torso. I'm pretty certain he started off thin as a teenager and worked out really hard to be where he is today. The feathers on his thighs are truly amazing!

  • great video lui, I actually just recently started using the machine dips too a couple weeks ago. I definitely can feel it a lot in my triceps head. Do you superset all of your tricep exercises?  Not sure if its better to do 3 sets with rest in between or superset like you do!

  • There was a dude in thy gym the other day. He was doing these really short pumps, like a half rep almost on the V-Bar push down for his tri's - the dude had some size seriously. Have you ever seen this half-rep technique? Thoughts?

  • @kiwisdad1 It can help you build mass quicker! But don't do "only" half reps in your workout you should include the full reps also (full range of motion) to get remarkable benefits, otherwise it may have a negative effect on you. Remember too much of a good thing is bad :P

  • @Joeyyowe this happens if you lean forward while doing the dips... by leaning forward you automatically use your lower chest to do the dips... ... try not to lean forward so much ...

  • @Joeyyowe at my gym you can rotate the handles so they can be closer to your body or further away from it. When I do these with the handles close to my body I can feel it much harder in my triceps so maybe you can try that... :)

  • @h2dude69 When you get to the point where your workout isn't feeling as effective and you need a little something different to switch things around. If you're a beginner then you probably won't have to worry about this until awhile.

  • @FFreeLevant im so done with taking 'advice' from these dudes. i love the content, i enjoy listening to this, it's strangely soothing but honestly im pretty sure that all this advice is just to keep fresh and stay relevant. squats/press/deadlift rinse wash repeat. i tmight be boring but it's the only way to put on muscle. on top of that it takes years and years to look like these dudes, no amount of BCAAs can get it done u know?
