@Abdoosh00 just make sure that you neighbourg dosent only have you as a neighbourg.. and make sure youre network computer id dosent have anything that can lead your neighbourg to find out its you.. like.. don't put your name or nickname as your computer network id.. (on winxp. open up system properties, click on the computer name tab click on the change button, and in the computer name box. make sure its not someting related to you) also turn off file and printer sharing.

You should probably note that commview only works with certain network adapters and certain operating systems. I have an Intel 1000 w/ Win XP and commview will only work if I have Vista or Win 7. So commview is not compatible, because of my network card/OS combo.
