I remember when this video came out; It was the first time I learned that controversy sells & that bad publicity is still sale-boosting publicity. I also remember it from the final glory days of VH1.
If "God" was one of us, one way or another, he would have witnessed sins or be a victim of at least one. All the people that were treated badly, who knows what potential they have, or what they could have been? Many famous Renaissance artists/thinkers were homosexual; nobody dared to stomp on their feet. What difference would that make today? It's just a song. I think actually there's something in it for those questioning faith as well as the faithful. One of the most underrated and misunderstood songs of the 90s.

@Erogin1992 even if evolution were not true, it would not mean religion, especially organized religion that just happens to be great at controlling people, is true. i will grip onto facts, and facts show that our ancestory can be traced back up to 400 million years using carbon dating. Some christians and islams have tried to point out that "the seven days" were actualy millions of years each. you can say that i guess, but there is undeniable scientifical proof the world is older than 6000 years

wow this video sure is a message to our current times.. with all the horrible things going around the world today.. theres a sense of despreation and lost of hope and belief.. well even if you dont believe in God.. you shouldnt judge for those who do.. and believe me no movie or book in history is more scarier than that of the book of revelation.. all the events that said where going to happend in the end of days.. is in deed happening coincidence? i think not.
