  • @Omar2011Almoktar How would you describe the situation?

  • Very informative, really helps me understand the conflict for my thesis paper. thanks!

  • We had to watch this in class and it is very devastating and it makes me feel quite sad and like i cannot feel as bad as them because I do not really know what they have been through. :'(

  • Thank you very much for this, really helped with an ethnicity class I'm taking. :)

  • fake and gay

  • This was so insightful and easy to understand. I am going to make my teenager watch it. thank you for making this and caring about these people.

  • very informative thanks

  • very informative and a great supplement to geography, cultural geography, or political geography courses.

  • Unfortunately some of the Janjaweed are Blacks and some mix Black/Arab but they all identify as being Arab Muslim and there are even Black in Khartoum who see themselves as being Arab Muslim because they have been brainwashed and enslaved for so many years by the Arabs

  • It's amazing how many non africans still RAPE the minds bodies, souls and riches of Kemet. Mami Wata when will you return to your people and restore the land and your children to their rightful place. Mighty THOTH wrote of these days, I pray they will end soon.

  • in other words China is to blame

  • @SFV818Si yep! one of the biggest interest in the area is China.... I know it...you got it....but who does something about it? No One! Who cares....they have the markets to worry about

  • the term "Black" when being applied to a race itself is racist and should be changed, along with the term "White". Considering that the very core is based on culture. In most cultures what do you think when you hear "Black"--evil, impure, dark, violent, cruel and etc... as to vice verse with "White". The world needs to eliminate these terms that is the source which is causing the downfall of a entire Ethic group globally. But, the reality is no-one gives a F**K.... :(

    -Neither is near of color-

  • @nutlil that has nothing to do with anything... i see your are a black ( lost slave) no real african calls themselves black

  • @nutlil yeah in africa everyone calls them selves black?? Loll they actually don't, they call themselves by their nationality, like ngierian, somali, amhara, haha, lool black, they're not african americans, dont say black

  • lol ethnically "black", they couldn't find another word?

  • F%ck the Chinese. F%ck Hu Jintao another Hitler again. I wish he gets his ass assasinated like Anwar al Sadat of Egypt as soon as possible

  • This is a brilliantly informative video! Thank you.

  • This video explains everything very well. I am amazed at how modern borders of Africa are essentially European-designed borders, with exception of Somalia (British, Italian, and French).

  • nice job!

  • Thinks for this video. I was wondering what was going on there but people never explain it clearly.

  • Well done

  • Thank you for creating/posting this video! It really breaks down a complex situation into something just about anyone can understand! The more we know, the more we can work towards repairing what has happened there.

  • One of the good thing about this vedio the explanation of what is really happening in Africa post Colonialism, which has been one of the most deadly weapon that has ever been used against the world. Poverty & division & hatred & Religion has created all the problems we have today in the world.

  • So where is the world police, the Americans?

  • @coolmojito HAHAHAHAHAHAHA No Show Right,Now They Know What It feels To Be Fool,China it's doing the Same Americans Have Done to so many Countries supply the weapons And Look The Other way

  • I am a christian. some of the african tribal leaders worship satan and now the desert is increasing.. just a thought,..

  • thank you

  • Just like the BLOOD DIAMOND of Liberia & Rwanda, Chevron investing $2 billion dollars researching oil, to ONLY GET EXPELLED from Sudan is a very fertile ground for EXPLOITING blood in Sudan.

Objectively, Darfur is NOT any different from the 3000 years of European ethnic & religious endless wars & EXTERMINATIONS, starting from the Roman crusaders to WWII to bloody ethnic break up of Britain, Yugoslavia & Soviet Union.

Therefore, Darfur ain't any special case than European exterminations.

  • Best video explaining the subject.Thank you...

  • China is buying the oil to produce cheap things for the USA, the USA is dealing arms to Saudi Arabia world's worst country it was behind 9/11 too, protests in Saudi Arabia? that would make Lybia look like a heaven, finally why such a brief mentioning of Canada's interests?

  • Peter neglects to mention another big driver of the human catastophe in Darfur which is related to the 2nd and 3rd cause and that is overpopulation. Too many people relying on finite resources like soil and oil which leads ultimately to conflict.

  • i love how he completely ignores the fact Europeans that colonized Sudan created that racial hierarchy. just ridiculous. all problems you see in african countries, are usually from europeans who had that "divide and conquer or rule" mentality.

but now theyre coming back to clean up the mess they created..... looks like china is on the same path as the europeans back then..

  • @monica24b

He did mention that the racial hierarchy was a British invention.

  • @lumburgapalooza this is not the place to raise this history. It distracts from the issue and is not the least bit useful!

  • @trinitithecat

I never said that it was. I was merely answering the incorrect criticism that the commentator had ignored the initial cause of the conflict.

As for this not being "the place" to raise issues of historical accuracy, I do believe that A. it's youtube and that A(2). I'll argue about unimportant particulars all I want because B. It's fucking youtube. When I'm trying to be useful, youtube comments are the last place I look to.

  • @monica24b Watch Uganda Rising It is covered quite successfully throughout that documentary.

  • I need to make a school project about Darfur, but the project must be focused on the media coverage (or lack of it). Any ideas??

  • Also, we should realize that the government doesn't have the power because who created the government? who gives them the money to buy all these weapons? Well Us, if we want to do something about it we can but everyone needs to want it in order to make a change. We are the ones who technically have the power to help these people out but most of us don't. Ya there are people out there that do help but there arent enough of them to make a BIG change.

  • In my opinion, there will always be racism and prejudice in the world wether we like it or not, whether we agree or disagree. Its a part of people, everyone does it. Heck i even do it without meaning to or realizing it. The thing is that there is no "cure" for it and there may never be unless someone invents a way to reprogram the brain but i dont think that is likely but who knows. All i know is that the US and other countries should just man up and do something instead of just blabbing.

  • these fucking racists deserve to die - they started on the north - fuck them!

  • @CodyCC213 Comon man it's Darfur thats a kinda sick. You where trying to make a joke but man not about something like this. Thats too fucked up.

  • Thanks so much for your comments on my invisible video.... I'm writing writing writing for other artists and working on my EP collection and Winter 2011 debut LP.. I've always wanted to write for artists and my dream has materialised!! So what you hear from me are just my creative expressions released from my personal catalogue... stay blessed x

  • People who love enough to do something about the injustices in the world are what the earth needs now

  • RACISM IS A WORLDWIDE SICKNESS THAT NEEDS SO BADLY TO BE CURED

  • good job, great prograM, obama has done what? makes you wonder what you learn when you become president. everything seems so obvious. his arrogance says that the sheep not need to know why we do nothing about dafur. a disgusting world we live isn't it.

  • So well spoken and explained... I hope this gets 10 million views.. It should be seen by all .

  • fuck the arabs when the oil runs out we will nuke them..the asupport terroist in palestine and other arab countries.. please nuke all of them the world would be a much peacefull place without them

  • @mofire9999

see "nuking" them is not what will make the world a much peaceful place. that would be killing a lot of people that one may not be a part of it like children, babies, adults and two would just be inhumane. Your idea is Genocide, exactly what this video is talking about, you are thinking of killing a whole group of people just because you think it would make the world a better place?? Insane.

  • @musicxlover29 well in the 21century it is the most barbaric thing walking..SHALOM

  • I'm confused. Why do the janjaweed attack the agricultural tribes in Darfur? If it's to get food, why do they dig up stores and burn them with petroleum?

  • Thanks so much for breaking this down. This was very helpful.

  • I'm glad UN peackeerpes are over there, but they need more people, gear, and support. IT did take wihle to get together the ten thousand or so troops over there, but even then, they didn't get the immediate right to engage the Janjaweed. I don't even know if the troopers are there right now. I do ask everybody to be patient with this post, as I haven't done in-depth research since 2007.

  • @Falcone45 please, the UN is a fucking joke. a liberal fighting force. now trhats an oxymoron. there hands are tied by goverment,. the UN will help no one. a lot of good yhey did in rwanda, . yes i know I didn't spell it right but you get the point..

  • I pray Jesus may be known to these villages and let us see a radical change for love. This breaks my heart.

  • @xchampx the christians are weak and getting weaker, we will be pushed to the breaking point as we are persacuted all over the world. and then there will be blood and balance.

  • I have one question. Why if there is so much poverty, these people continue to procreate children. That is not only inhuman but also reflects the irresponsible mindset of these "poor" people. I would leave them to their destiny since this is not the end of their life journeys in the universe. Go back and restart in another time and not be suffering this misery. I would rather die than live like that.

  • Climate change??? ''ENMOD Treaty''

  • China the brits the dutch and the russians...wow

  • I'm confused. Why do the janjaweed attack the agricultural tribes in Darfur? If it's to get food, why do they dig up stores and burn them with petroleum?

  • I did not know about this genocide until today O.o I hate fucking genocides >:(

really nice video! Nice to be informed XD that's a nice information video lol I will share it!

  • Wow, great video! Thank you..

  • Thank You very much , this has been seriously helpful.

  • Let me ask this question: how has any country ever not invested in foreign conflict for its own interests throughout the world? As long as China remains strong and wants the conflict to continue, it will. Morals and so-called "rights" have never been a factor when it came to money. The only way this could be stopped is getting to the source - letting the truth sink in for Chinese citizens. If they don't care for the plight of the Sudanese even after this, then there's no hope.

  • THANK YOU, so very much, for the informative and enlightening video! It is a complicated issue, with many, many factors to consider, which tends to overwhelm and confuse people interested in this topic. Your video clarified and brought to light the fundamental problems in a way in which people can easily understand. Thanks so much!

  • wow, not only is the guy talking about Darfur a decent speaker with a lot of knowledge and qualifications about the subject, but the maker of the video provided plenty of photos and made a great video.

  • i blame to the other brudda who only know how to party n sheeiiitt instead of helping :|

  • "The BBC are known for telling tales about the happenings in Africa, which I'd obviously have more insight into, since 99% of my relatives currently live on the continent." Yeah, Americans didn't feel any surprised when WikiLeaks exposed secret documents from their country's external politics, did they? They live there, so they know everything. If your aunt says China doesn't secretly support Sudanese rebels, then I wonder: is she a Sudanese rebel?

  • @yeahburp

As I wrote earlier, it's White People that are making the biggest contributions to facilitate the conflict, not the Chinese. Whether you believe or agree with that is irrelevant, because quite frankly, you're on your own...well, you and other whites, but who cares.

  • Excellent video, very well explained. Thanks

  • Roflcopter goes lololololololol xD It can't be that complex of a country its niggerinhabited

  • this video helped me sooo much. I have a project on world conflicts and conicidenly i had chosen Darfur (sudan). I searched the internet for hours to find something that was "dumb down" enough so that i could understand..and this did it lol thank you

  • no matter where you look the arabs and their religion creates terrible conditions for people around the world

  • Thanks for the video it was a great explanation, and it really helped me to understand this conflict.

  • Of course Westerns (and now the Chinese) keep exploiting Africa, but the corrupt African leaders are the ones who make it easier for them to do it, while pretending to be on the side of the people and blaming "the whites" for all things bad in the continent.

  • @yeahburp

Actually it was Russia that supplied the Sudanese Army with most of its weapons and expertise. China is an anti-imperialistic nation; they do not get involved in the political affairs of other peoples countries.

Moreover, today Africa is the fastest growing continent on earth and much of the development can be attributed to trade with China.

  • Comment removed

  • I think all this blame-it-on-Europeans thing is the worst problem in Africa right now. Yes, Europe pretty much f.ed Africa up, but it also f.ed other places up and they're developing economically and socially. Plus, Africans would have done the same to Europeans if they have had the chance. Unfortunately, greed is everywhere. Africans need to see that the biggest obstacle to the continet's development is their government's corruption.

  • @yeahburp

The speaker only went back so far, in the beginning the Northern Sudanese controlled only a small part of that region, it was the alliance that they fostered with the British (White People), that enabled them to annex and dominate modern day Sudan.

  • @rdokoye You should keep your racist remarks to yourself. Anyone knows China depends on African oil, and will do whatever they need to get it. What you're doing is affirming blacks and East Asians are morally superior to whites, and that is blatant racism. Governors may not be killers, but a huge amount of them got where they are for not caring about morals.

  • @yeahburp

You should keep your ignorance to yourself, since you know next to nothing about Africa. Everything I wrote was the truth, not conjecture or fairytales.

I'm affirming what really happened and is happening, which is that WHITE PEOPLE are the ones supplying the Sudanese Government with weapons, not the Chinese.

  • @yeahburp

China is definitely buying oil from Sudan, but they're not meddling in that nation's affairs, which is something many Western Nations were voicing China on.

Maybe if WHITE PEOPLE rid themselves of their own innate prejudices and racist attitudes and stopped trying to babysit non-white people, there wouldn't be so many problems on this earth.

  • @rdokoye If you discredit informations on Chinese participation in the Sudanese war, that's only because you want to. You have no ground to affirm they are innocent on this other than your will to blame white people for whatever bad happens in the world. Furthermore, you just ignored my comments about Chinese imperialism. Contrarily to you, I don't think there's a "race" which is more prone to bad actions, and that the others are saints on Earth.

  • @yeahburp

Quite frankly, I do not care about human tendencies in its entirety. I'm a black man, thus the sins committed against my ancestors are not equally distributed amongst all the worlds so called "races".

  • @rdokoye Finally, you're a hypocrite. If you live in London (no matter if you're white or not) you can't blame European imperialism, for it is the reason why London is such a rich city. If you can live comfortably in a nice European metropolis such as London (or even if you don't, but intends to, since you live there), that's because Englishmen got rich exploiting precious metals from Brazil, African, Australian, Canadian, New Zealander natural resources, African slaves, Chinese opium, etc.

  • @yeahburp

Well I'm a black man, born and raised in England, but that doesn't mean my view of the past should be smeared, blurred or influenced by my presences here. The facts are the facts; I know exactly how this country was built, just like the many other so called Western Nations to do along with this one.

  • @rdokoye Why don't you go to Sudan to study the politics of war there? Maybe you'll get a real reason to discredit Western accounts of Chinese participation in that war other than the fact that they were written by "filthy white peple". By the way, you can't accuse someone of having "innate prejudices" for being white and not sound ridiculous.

  • @yeahburp

I don't have to go anywhere, I know exactly what's going on over there, I'm an African man thus I understand African people.

The Chinese aren't doing anything but buying oil; why are you so rattled by their presence in my father's continent? Is it any of your business, I think not? The problems in the Sudan started when White People conferred at Berlin.

  • @rdokoye You say you know exactly what's going on in Sudan, BBC says it knows exactly what's going on in Sudan... and yet, you both have very different opinions. You know, stating you're aware of what happens there is not an argument. Plus, you're still a hypocrite and a racist (you say white people are all biologically programmed to be hateful - i.e., they have "innate prejudices"). And since all you can say is "I know, you don't, ok?", this conversation is pointless.

  • @yeahburp

The BBC are known for telling tales about the happenings in Africa, which I'd obviously have more insight into, since 99% of my relatives currently live on the continent.

  • @yeahburp

I never once used the word "biologically", prejudices are learnt; bigots are not born bigots. Moreover, by pointing out the prejudices of white people it in no-way incriminates me. Your name calling is a common technique used by people like you to deter people like myself from pointing out transgressions I may have experienced or witnessed in my life.

  • @rdokoye By the way, do they live in Sudan? I'm not African, but one thing I know that you apparently don't is that African countries are different from each other. Most Namibians know close to nothing about Ethiopia (that happens in every continent). Finally, "innate" means "from birth". Once again, that's actually funny that you know less about English than me when it's your native tongue, not mine. I guess it means some outsider may know more about your reality than you think he does.

  • @yeahburp

I told you I live in England.

Most Namibians may or may not know whatever, who knows, I'm sure they know more about Ethiopia than you do however.

English is not my mother tongue! You know next to nothing about African people, you probably couldn't even name 5 ethnic groups on the continent.

  • @rdokoye Oh, you're arguments are so convincing... "I'm sure they aren't doing what you people say they're doing", "they've never done it in the past, so they're surely not doing it now"... you say I should not take it to the personal level, however to believe in what you say I should trust YOU, since you have no proof of anything. How could it not go to the personal level?

  • @yeahburp

Where's the evidence to support your indictment of China? Purchasing oil from Sudan is not supporting the conflict, it's just purchasing oil. Moreover, Sudan has been purchasing military equipment from Chinese for decades, long before any conflicts first began. In fact, if you look at their army's inventory, you'll notice that most of the hardware they received from China was built before World War 2.

  • @rdokoye I'm not the one with the conspiracy theories, I support official accounts of the war. Therefore, I'm not the one who needs to bring MORE evidences. I told you to listen to BBC, thay have proofs, you just said they were s*it. But why are they s*it? What evidence do you have to support your ideas? Who agrees with you and can prove it? Seriously, don't write to me again until you have some substantiated accusation (saying I need to google what I say is not one of them).

  • @yeahburp

There's no conspiracy theories here, we're not talking about the Western World, sorry...wrong continent. The BBC is notoriously known for printing inaccurate information about Africa. How do I know this; because I'm able to verify such claims, I have contacts and relatives living on the continent right now? How many people do you know in Africa?

  • @yeahburp

As I said before, that guy mentioned gunships, gunships that China DOES NOT manufacture. But he claims they purchased it from them. That is a blatant lie, the Sudanese Government purchased their gunships from Russia, everyone knows that Russia is a major supplier of military equipment to Sudan, except you, and other ill-informed persons.

  • @rdokoye I said: come to me with a real ARGUMENT! "Everyone knows", "I have contacts" is just more of your BS. Don't make me waste my time.

  • @yeahburp

The Sudanese Air Force operates 30 Mil Mi-24 Gunships, manufactured by Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant, in Russia NOT China. As I said before, the Gunships were purchased from WHITE PEOPLE.

  • @rdokoye Is the Sudanese Air Force a rebel group?

  • @yeahburp

They are the ones doing the aerial bombing, NOT the horse riding janjaweed.

  • @rdokoye I was talking about rebel groups, but even the Sudanese Air Force has Chinese equipment and training. YouTube won't let me post links here, but just google "Sudanese Air Force China". Only one of the links on the first page doesn't mention Chinese military cooperation with Sudan. Not that you're going to believe them, anyway. You only believe what fits your racial agenda. By the way, even though Russians are considered white, they're definitely not Western.

  • @yeahburp

I didn't say they never received training and equipment from China; most African nations received training and equipment from China during the liberation struggle from the EUROPEAN Powers. The reality is that Sudan purchased all its fighter jets from China decades ago, long before the conflict in Darfur.

  • @rdokoye Yes, Russians are white. But their similarities with the West end here. So if Russia is not part of the Western civilization, your using racial categories to support your racism again.

  • @yeahburp

Whatever, Russians are White People, simple as!

I don't know what kind of racist I can be, when all I'm doing is pointing out the racism in people like you. Name calling is a common technique deployed by people like yourself, when you have next to no defence.

  • @rdokoye Stop saying Russians are people like me: I'm not Russian, I'm Brazilian. The only thing I have in common with them is my skin tone, so stop labeling me according to racial lines. Moreover, I'm done with you: you've had every chance to defend your points of view, but failed to do so, always recurring to phallacies and racism. Don't reply me, I'm not in the mood to discuss with someone who believes the Earth is 7000 years old.

  • @rdokoye P.S.: "China also makes military experts available to Sudan, and HRF notes that their visits to the country coincide with 'periods of greater violence in Darfur'. Beijing also helps to develop the production of weapons and military vehicles, through specialised companies and the sending of engineers and specialists." - by AsiaNews (no whitey to blame here)

  • @rdokoye I have read this entire conversation and I am deeply concerned with your views on the world, and your extreme ignorance! I'm not going to go into every little arguement you have made, frankly I don't know enough about the issue, BUT your frequent blame on "white people" is racist. You have made it white people vs Chinese. Making a relation to an entire race and a country. There are so many different white people out there, who are you to blame them all? Not the individual states?!

  • @jennamo7

It's not a white people vs. Chinese people thing, because quite frankly, neither group is marauding through Darfur. I was simply trying to make a point that white people are contributing to the genocide, as much, if not, more so than any other racial group outside of Africa, so I find it a tad ironic for white people to attempt to point the finger.

  • @jennamo7

It wasn't the Chinese that gave the Northern Sudanese Arabs all that land, no...it was the British who conspired with the Arabs to conquer all that territory, and the same philosophy reigns true throughout all of Northern Africa.

Moreover, the positive things that China has done for Africa and African people far outweighs any of the negatives.

  • @jennamo7

Lastly, I know white people, I was born and raised in Europe, I still live in Europe and I've only ever lived in Europe, so I don't won't to hear any rubbish about individualism, a concept that's so continently let out the bag when it suits you people.

  • @yeahburp

Moreover, if you look at their recent orders (Sukhoi Su-25, Mil Mi-24 & Mil Mi-8 with 8 Mil Mi-24 Helicopters rumoured to be in Darfur region operating from Nyala Airport), you'll notice that they've virtually revamped their entire Air Force with equipment purchased from Russia...who just so happen to be WHITE, not Chinese.

  • @rdokoye "Beijing (AsiaNews/Agencies) - 90% of the light weapons bought by Sudan - and used also in the war in Darfur - are sold by China, in violation of the UN embargo. This is the claim of a report from the NGO Human Rights First (HRF), providing exact figures and sources".

  • @yeahburp

Is it the light weapons that they are using to bomb people from afar? No, moreover, Sudan manufacturers light weapons, so I'd imagine the purchases from China would be minimal, or rather...negligible.

  • @rdokoye I don't care what you imagine, you have made no research there. These are people who, unlike you, live in the middle of the conflict. Why don't you google a bit about Chinse participation in Zimbabwean gangs? Since you have no intention to leave your comfort zone... You said you were not racist, that you were just criticising Western racial ideals and imperialism. But then you can't stop mentioning Russians, even though they're not Western, simply because they're white. That is racism.

  • @yeahburp

Moreover, most of the modern weapons, especially the Mi-24's, indirectly mentioned in that video were purchased from the Russians.

  • @rdokoye And don't come with your "I'm not racist" BS. There's a reason you are so sure the Chinese wouldn't be capable of causing any harm in anyone. When you say the world would be better off without Western imperialism, that's because you believe no other imperialism would take its place, which couldn't be further from reality. Actually, in 18 of the last 20 centuries, China was the biggest empire on Earth, not any Western one.

  • @yeahburp

Just quit with the name calling, okay, it's...pointless, your opinions about me personally are irrelevant.

I'm sure the Chinese aren't involved, because they're NOT, I don't believe they are saints, I just know they aren't doing what You People say they are doing.

  • @rdokoye I'm not the one "on my own", you are. You are the one who's willing to excuse China's "frivolous past" of exploiting anyone but your people. You are the one who, even though discourses like someone very worried about Africa, has abandoned it to live in England. Everything I say here was stated by you yourself, whereas when you say I know next to nothing about Africa, you're just making things up. If you're willing to accuse me of that, read what you've written, for God's sake.

  • @yeahburp

I'm willing to excuse their behaviour because I'm not God, who am I to judge the actions of their ancestors as they don't affect me directly or indirectly. It simply is NONE of my business, my perception of China is based on the things I see them doing today.

I NEVER abandoned Africa; I was born and raised in England.

  • @yeahburp

I never wrote such a thing, all this talk about Western Imperialism is thoughts you've conjured up inside your own head. I think the world would be better off without ANY imperialism.

China never subjugated, enslaved or committed genocide against Black People, so I'm willing to excuse their frivolous past.

  • @rdokoye If you don't believe me, then ask the Manchus. Oh, I almost forgot it: they were almost vanished from the face of Earth by Beijing, and now Manchuria actually has very few Manchus. I'm not saying Chinese are bad: all peoples are equal. It's worth mentioning that the Mongols were responsible for the deadliest period in Chinese history, so the Han Chinese also had their downs. That's human nature.

  • @yeahburp

The Chinese have had a cordial relationship with Africa since 1000BC.

  • @rdokoye Since you have no real argument, don't take the effort to answer me. You're in the same "I'm SURE they are not involved, because they're NOT" BS ever since you started this conversation. Say whatever, I won't answer someone who doesn't know how to defend a point of view. By the way, Maasai, Zulu, Xhosa, Igbo, Tutsi, Hutu, Afrikaner, Yoruba, Rashaida, Kabyle, Fulani, Hausa, Bozo, Turmi are some of the many African ethnic groups.

  • @yeahburp

Wow, did you just Google "African Ethnic Groups"?

  • @yeahburp

Moreover, your rational of tit for tat has as much validity as a killer proclaiming that his victim would have killed him given the opportunity. In Africa, the concept of venturing into other peoples (non-black) territory was frowned upon, so the idea that my ancestors would have oppressed white people given the opportunity is a lie.

  • You may be legit; what do you know about it white boy?!?!?

  • So China does it too

  • if you are not black then you should get out of africa and go to your own continent (europe, asia..) everyone knows africa is for black people.

  • @Miikaika25 This kind of statements are not helpful at all.

  • @Miikaika25

If by black you mean Negroid, then you ought to know that they are not the only indigenous people to inhabit Africa. Berbers in the North are Caucasoid, some East Africans are also intermediate Caucasoids, and Khoisans in the South are Capoid. In fact it was the Bantu that displaced them, and stole their land.

  • @IAmSoRich

There's no documented prove of Bantu's displacing anyone, that was a theory conjured up by white supremacists in Southern Africa to justify their presence in the region. Bantu people have always been in South Africa; moreover Nelson Mandela is not Capiod.

  • Third explanation: As for the issue of oil this is the true agenda of the western nations unfortnately please people do not be fooled when you see ''murderious sudanese government'' or geneciode because these are the same fools that were responsible for fueling uneeded and costful wars eg iraq and afghanistan,China has actually helped sudan develop into an growing nation full of hope with the influx of oil, but seriously if usa or any other western nation interfered sudan wud become a hell HOLEE

  • Second explanation: The mentalitiy of skin colour eg lighter skin is better, and being darked is bad has been installed throughtout colonial history especially in african and asian developing countries, you even find these types of racists steretypes in western countries, The british preach an ideology to the south that the north hated them due to their skin colour meaning they were seen as second class citizens which annoyed alot of them, you also had the issue of distrubtion of the oil

  • I love how foreigners think they know alot about sudan, listen im from to sudan half of what this guy said is the same shit they were saying in cnn and other western media broadcasts, Sudan has been affected by colonialism meaning the british came in f**ked whole the n/south sudan which led to a civil war, and then what happened in darfur was they split the tribes into different area meaning that other tribies were not in the same place as their people, they encountered other rivals they nvr met

  • most people in the south are animists not christian with christianty being second and Islam third. Secondly the civil war did not begin because of oil but because of representation. Personally I think the oil should be shared equally between all people with 15 million people in the south I think 50% is too much given the overall population is around 40 million but then again the known wells are there so it can be argued that should be what they are getting. Instead the southerns get local money

  • The new movie Attack on Darfur really helps portray the seriousness of genocide.

  • I am very ignorant about Darfur, Sudan, but this explanation is way too concise and perfect. It also does not mention any US, UK, Israeli involvement. It doesn't mention the CIA, the World Bank, or the World Health Organization. These groups are never left out of any deeds that are Satanic and destructive. So just on the basis of logic alone I am left to believe that this explanation is a lot of B.S.

  • Look at where Darfur & Sudan Aid are all going to, it is ALL a scam and the aid is being stolen and used by Israel to build Endless Illegal Settlements in West Bank on Palestinian Lands.

  • There is'nt enough resources for everyone because the arab is an invader in Sudan. The First Muslims took refuge amongst the African Christians. They saved Islam in its infancy. The Arabs, are most, un-grateful.

  • Desertification"...due to the global warming that WE are causing here in the west"

Nice try but you better take that al gore crap right back to the massage parlor. the real inconvienient truth is that global warming is a scam. get the facts and open your ears at your next obama rally. dont use tradgedy to pitch your agenda

  • thanks need this for class

  • fix the anotion

  • Makes me cry to see little babies dying from so much suffering and torture. The chinese hide their hand and pay arab rebels to kill off their own brothers and sisters. Africa is doomed There is plan to eliminate at least 70% of Africas total population by 2030. Agreed on by The europeans,Arabs, and Chinese. Its going to happen if good hearted people don't wake up and stand up

  • it's sad to see all this nonsense and all these killings!

It's even more sad that the country which is the birthplace of Taharqua, first pharaoh of the dynasty of Sudanese pharaohs is inhabited by these idiots who hates blacks, while they themselves are black!

  • China is the key country here (China is making the same mistake Europeans did before)

  • Well Done Sir, great video. I am going there in a few weeks and I very much enjoy the history of places I visit and this was very enlightening, thank you...

  • Get china outta there, get the damn arabs outta there, put water wells in there and send in military aid for a rightious leader of sudan, black leader.

  • fuckin arabs always fail !

  • The funny thing is that the liberals are all saying we should have gone in their and stopped the mass murder and genocide but when it comes to Iraq and saddam murdering thousands of people and gassing god knows how many Kurds it's wrong for us to interfere. Hypocrites. May g-d bring peace in our times

  • @baruchdayanamet

Only man can do that because there is no God, and if there is, he clearly has let us live on our own will. Yet, I by and large agree with your analysis

  • @tubub I agree. If god exists, he should be ashamed of himself.

  • there is no ethnic black...

  • And people are more interested in the Israeli and Palestinians conflict.

  • ur friend Ivan is very intelligent. he has clearly instilled within me the darfur conflict. thank him for me and thank you for recording him.

  • Really, really great video. Makes everything else I read about Darfur make a lot more sense.

If only every conflict had a video like this one. Israeli-Palestinian conflict, anyone?

  • @caseyrunn

Although you probably won't find one as well explained as this video, the following documentary did go a long way in helping me understand the Palestinian-Israeeli conflict:

  • @CagedBirdRescue I'd love to watch the documentary but it looks like youtube has blocked out the URL. Could you maybe try sending it to me in a message? Or maybe if you tell me the title I could google it? Thanks.
