each time when i finally get someone to battle me, it says that i am disconnected during data transmission, and it also says error code 18070

so how can this happen each time? can somebody please explain?

im a noob :( im losing against spammers (sion, deathblade or whatever), against laggers (sion again XD, some noobs with 1000 or 2000 points andi lose 1000 points then and cant raise my points , alex) and against people who use afterimage (okan, jespercecalagpa) im just not good at this game :(
