We just installed the clownfish, but the tail will only work in one direction. Is that common? Is there a way to fix that?

@anglefureva Hopefully the instructions have helped you assemble your product and that it was worth the effort. Some batches of the tape aren't as sticky as they should be so we recommend using a strong clear tape if this is the case.

@FlyableBigCow You need to place the sticky pad over the wire and then use the clear tabs on either side of the pod track for extra security

Don't use the weak tape that comes with it! I used that double sided tape and on the night after i put my shark together, the stupid tape got weak and the module underneath fell to the floor and in the process, yanked the tail & tail motor off, & broke the right fin from its plastic base. Talk about mad! I was steaming! You guys should go to Home Depot or Lowes to get some STRONG...er double sided tape. Saw some at Staples that holds up to 1 pound! The electronics are fine though, no damage.

@001GenLee As well as using the double sided tape please make sure you are also using the clear tape tabs to secure the attachments in place. Glad there was no major damage though!

@Dingus890 Interesting you say that. They last for ages as if you hit anything it just bounces off so last longer than helicopters for example! Just dont bounce it off a knife and you'll be fine!

@vxr8owner I found that they weren't! Its not properly explained how the wire should be left on the underside of the track. I taped a bit of it down under the sticky tabs and of course then it didn't move properly as the wire snagged. And yes it may just be me being thick but I had to work that bit out for myself. Did anyone else have that problem? Otherwise The instructions were quite clear.
