I live in Kissimmee Florida and our local library has some interest in sponsoring a series of lectures this spring (2012) covering self reliance & homesteading. It would be my hope that you could come share lessons learned. How do you feel about doing a workshop/seminar here in Kissimmee?

With the new addition to your family, I fully understand why it's been awhile. ;)
We now have 5 Barred Rock hens and a rooster. The hens have been Molting for the last couple of weeks and I expect some eggs soon.
