Maybe everone SHOULD check first to find out the Fed.,State and City tax % on that gal of gas.

I have found that the cost is some where between $0.90gal to $1.58gal. Next find out where that money is going...... So the gas price may not be that bad or may have only gone up because of higher tax's..

I live (for not much longer) in San Jose, CA and as I was filling-up my truck yesterday morning the guy was coming to raise the prices on the sign for Regular from $3.899 to $3.959. As soon as I closed my transaction out the price on the pump went up to match that!

This is one of the cheapest places in town, an independent chain. Chevron, Shell, etc are at least 7 to10 cents more per gallon.

One of several reasons California is a dead duck in my opinion and why we are leaving.

I see a truck driver halt coming soon. Diesel is still well above 4.00 dollars a gallon. These trucking companies are not going to be able to move freight around when they are paying a higher cost to transport.

Here we I live in Indiana we have not had one snow yet that has stuck to the ground. In fact we had a few flakes when I did my solar vid and that is it. Global warming is here. On the plus side we have not had any icy roads nor have I scraped the windows once so far this year.
