I play baseball too, the only girl on our team! However, I'm one of the best first-basers in the whole comp! I can bat pretty well too. My only message to this kid.... KEEP PLAYING! You got a future!

The only thing I would suggest is get rid of that Safety (bouncy) baseball. I have seen too many kids (Tballers) take one off the chin trying to field short hops. These Saf-t balls dont react like a real baseballs and are really designed for players learning to catch. (practice)

Its awesome to see dads so proud of thier sons!!!! My son is 6, plays Baseball and I too am the coach. My allstar team was featured last year in the Regional tournament by a local news group and seeing my son make a play on TV was awesome!

Kid plays pretty well. Only advice is that he needs to just step on first base when he fields a ground ball at firstl, instead of always trying to tag the runner. When he gets older the baserunners won't be as nice and will just run you over. Good kid though.

you should put him in a traveling team young because it will benefit him in the long run, im 15 and ive been playing inhouse my whole life. I hit about 12 home runs a year average, while kids on a traveling team do much better. im "one of the bests" in my league.

Nice!!! I have a 3 year old and I can't wait till he is this old. He is already pissing off the neighbors with balls in there yard. One thing I noticed about his swing though, I know he is only 7 but teach him to lift that front leg and plant as he swings, he will really be nailing them then.

BUT what makes a player even better is playing with kids his own age. next year inlist him in a league higher. he wont do as good but threw the season he will get better. i wish thats what my dad would have done and now im 14 playing AAA but i could be playin 14uMAJOR if my dad had inlisted me in a fewseasons higher.

Looks like hes having a blast. Thats awesome!!! I thought I was going to see some balls going over fence. When you have a chance check out my son( you Tube) bryan schild and watch his 2 homers he just turned 7 and the field was 165 feet. 1 went 30 feet past fence it was an incredible day for both of us. He's 7 stands 4'7 and 105 lbs. Hes better than my 11 year old lol. You guys take care!!!
