So if mammoths were tropical, how come they are preserved in ice with loads of hair? Surely their thick wintery coats would of served to make them too hot for a tropical climate?

@andrew2010uk He said it was a tropical mammoth...Perhaps it had less hair than the pictures you are thinking of...

@andrew2010uk Yeah but he is saying that antartica and siberia were tropical but thats where they found wooly mammoths.
