You can get two nadejumps in one life. It really depends on what your target is. For example, if you wanted to get over a simple 2x3 horizantal, you may be able to do that with a nade with 60 health leftover. It's pretty hard, but you probably can do it twice in one life. Although it depends a lot on your target.
only thing that gets annoying is that unless you're insanely good you only end up nade jumping once, maybe twice without dying.
