No, water comes as a global effect, just like lighting.

I said "lighting" not "lightNing." You know where you pick how bright and foggy your level is? That's where you pick the water level, color, murkiness, etc.

you can play real water levels but you need to buy the tools to make water.

you dnt need them, just go to ur tools menu and go to the last screen (change the colour of ur backround, fog ect...) then scroll down and u can find water

access your pod computer and go down to littlebigstore go to right and choose my content. locate the level kit and choose it. watch both tutorials and then you can learn how to make water and make water in your levels have fun. :D

another way to make water is make sponge as small as u can and make it very long then mulitiply and when u walk on it and sink into it it makes water nosies

sponge is a smart idea but for me it would have to much friction. Water cannot be stopped.

No I dont think that will work unfortunately from what Ive seen. The Water seems to be a level effect, its not a material that you can make objects from sadly. I would like to be wrong.

Yep, I've seen the footage that was leaked... :P Hope they get banned... anyway your right. I think they should make it like a material. No just flood the level. that would make it much much easier to use if it were like a material. And when the water comes out this water wheel will be obsolete... :P
