@TheRyanLamont You don't actually have to register anything to own the rights on it. In most countries (the ones who signed the Berne convention), copyright is attributed to you automatically upon creation of a work.

On a sidenote: I think rights for the Halo 3: ODST soundtrack used in this video lie with either Bungie or Microsoft, so unless you licensed the songs from them, you're not allowed to use them in anything that's not covered by the 'fair use' exceptions. Wouldn't want you get sued.

Continuing the 'smartass train': Unlike Copyright, Trademarks, as are mentioned in the credits, actually have to be actively defended (ie you must take action if anybody uses them) and should preferably be registered, as that makes them easier to defend.

All right, enough legal babbling (I'm actually no lawyer, just somebody who doesn't always agree with Copyright and Trademark laws ;) ) ... good video and nice job on the editing and camera work.
