Hey, this is what I learned of the numbers. For 4, I used Shi just for the first time (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) and did Yon for the rest(11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,...).For 7, I just always said Nana.
Thank the LORD for you! You just helped me get my "A" in Japanese,i was sick for awhile with a cold and it was HELL trying to catch up,you helped me sooo much,if you asked me to give you my first child i'd probably agree at this point....THANK YOU!

That's great...but the Japanese would be more inclined to say "yon" for 4 rather than "shi" as "shi" in Chinese sounds more or less similar to 'death'.
So 14 would be "Ju Yon", 24 would be "Ni Ju yon", and so on.

it really juu-yon mean 14 they don't usaully say jyuu-shi - shi is for the 04 and that only nothing else for example ni-jyuu-yon = 24 ok?
