This game is a proper classic, and the long stages were absolutely brutal.

The menu sounds, crowd's super enthusiastic cheering and HARRRD RIGHT/HARRRD LEFT stick in the mind like it was yesterday.

classic game that is still looking and sounding great. I played this a month ago and was surprised by its quality. I've always wondered why there was no Amiga version made (it was mentioned in all the advertisements!) but now that Ive seen this, I think I know why.. :) (later Amiga's were capable enough but these werent common in 1996)

Great to see my old game on Youtube. I think the backdrop is a photo of Snowdonia . Most of the scenerary came from me driving around that area with my camera photographing gravel and rocks, then having to scan the pictures because it was pre-digital. Europress had very conservative sales expecatations for the game but before it was even released, it had pre-sold ten times their estimate!

@riczz2 tbm era criança quando ganhei o jogo era sensacional... hj o Dirt é o melhor jogo de rally mas para a sua epoca o Network Q RAC Rally era o melhor. Tenho no CD do jogo em casa junto com o manual em portugues, no encarte original tbm tinha o manuel no encarte, no mesmo ano ganhei o GP2 para PC outro mostro de jogo para sua epoca.

Awesomeness! This game is so much fun to drive, seriuosly! I won the Championship on this on medium. In its otherwise jewel gameplay is a nasty bug that don't let you fix the transmission in the later stages of the championship :( However still Awesomeness! Game is arcade but the feel is just just so real but still uber fun! XD
