Desert Eagles have huge bullets and usually in close quarter blood spray a wound from a high caliber pistol like the Deagle will leave a portion of the spray in the center completely devoid of any blood, this is because of the bigger, faster and stronger bullet pushing the blood slightly away from itself as it passes through a target. The Beretta on the other hand is a small caliber pistol, 9 mm which would not be able to produce this effect.
