This video would have been better if the sister who screamed throughout the video remained silent, and realized that the brother and sister had truth to share with masses. Whoever she was she was a big distraction. This is an important message because of the amount of deception in the body concerning this topic. Please check whether you are being a distraction. I think this is a great video. It's teachings like the ones you speak of that drove me away from church and motivated me to get to know scripture for myself. A lot of what I have learned contradicts what I had been taught in church. Eventually I will return to church, but right now reading and understanding the Word outside of church is benefitting me. My question is this: How do revert to the ways of the early church?

Tithes were only for ancient Israelites. And one of the purposes of the tithe was to have a BIG party once a year with gluttony and booze! I understand that you're young and need some light of scripture. The law commanded Israel to tithe from what they produced in the field for the purpose of taking care of the Levites. Now because Jesus went to the cross to free you from the law, you're under grace. Grace allows us to give whatever we want to give. Stop letting these pastors deceive you and tell you that you must pay 10% of your income forever. Jesus wants you to cheerfully give whatever YOU decide to give. You're free in him!!
well us white people have 'dispensated' the book of acts. so we have shoved down our throats the tithe thing. so if i dare say 'no tithe' then say also, no holy ghost baptism with evidence of tongues, then no re-birth and no conversion... if people say they have faith in christ. why pick little fights, pick a big ol fight. that will get the spirit of anti christ spitting blood.

Tithing was replaced by giving. The Bible is clear about that.
It's unfortunate that so many preachers misinterpret the scriptures and mislead their congregations.

I urge you to follow your own advice. Read the Bible for yourself, see for yourself what the Bible says about Tithes.
Read Leviticus 27, Numbers 18, Deuteronomy 14, Malachi 3, Matthew 23, Luke 11, Luke 18.
The Tithe was always food. It was never money. It was always to feed the people - Levites and Priests, the poor, widows and orphans, and aliens.
Saying anything else is contrary to what the Bible says. But don't take my word for it. See for yourself!
