I like these videos because you get some education and lots of entertainment. But, now I am beginning to wonder. Will I be granted a visa if I don't drink beer? It seems to be the center of the Japanese economy.

You should make one about your daily life in Japan, from waking up to going to bed one day, and how it compares to everyone's imagination of life in Japan.
You could involve daily subtleties of life, such as reading street signs, saying "Thank-you!", a tiny bit about your academy, going home (using the train? car?), etc.
Then of course, picking out the right beer on the way home ^^

This was a great kanji lesson. The kanji for "kushi" looks like a skewer through two pieces of meat.
