@stampfest I know, I'm still cracking up just thinking about it - never seen her interested in anything on YouTube other than fellow felines. :) Thanks so much, she's a riot. And thanks for a great tutorial!

@bluepuffs Another idea you can use is to score- the back of a butterknife and a ruler and to get a solid fold use a spoon. I have all the toys (multitasking) for scrapbooking and like them, but if I had known about the kitchen tools, I would have used them! I probably would have even gone to a thrift store or flea market and found some specifically for that!
@bluepuffs you can get a ruler and scissors and use the ruler to guide for a straight cut.. but by now i think u had already bought a cutting or score board(:
The stamp sets, stamp blocks, paper, and embellishments are from Close To My Heart. The bone folder, paper piercer, crop-a-dile and cutter you can buy from Stampin' Up.
It is made by Scotch and it is called ATG 714. If you google it, you will get sites that sell the gun and the tape for it. I think you can find it on eBay too.
I'm going to try this as my friend and her partner are having a handfasting in a month and I really wanted to make a card for them as something special. Thanks so much for sharing!!
Well I have to say a million thanks, I have been wanting to learn this technique for ages but every time I tried it seemed really complicated,. Your tutorial was informative but straight forward I could easily follow this and feel like yes this is something I could achieve!!. Thank you for sharing. I may just have to do a video tutorial of my own in your honour!!
Yep I've been wanting to make one of these REALLY bad too! Who knew they were this easy! That's it, I'm spending all day today in my scraproom doing "my turn" on the techniques! Thank you my friend!
Gracias por este tutorial, necesito hacerle una tarjeta a mi novia y ya solo tengo que agregarle unos detalles. Thank you and greetings from Guatemala.
See Get Creative's video 16 (with templates) and video 3 for more waterfall instructions.
The long strip (mechanism, is to attach the wee squares to and goes behind the spar) is 9" long by 2" wide; it gets marked and folded at 2" 2.75" 3.5" and 4.25". CraftyAlice
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I had printed out directions from another site and could not figure out how they were getting their waterfall to work. Your video is phenomenal and helped me a ton!! :)

i don't have a score board what do you suggest i use?
bluepuffs 1 year ago
You don't have a cutter that you can use? Hmmm!
Mark your paper every two inches and use a ruler and some type of bone folder or even a dry embossing tool to make the score lines.
