Hey Bro, I love all your shit but I gotta comment on this... The pull downs behind the head are mad bad for you.. Look up impingement syndrome for the shoulder... its messed...
@mrdefinite I do normal lat pulldowns right to the top of the chest like they are meant to be done and then supper set them with facepulls.... When done right those facepulls will set that shit on fire..
