If you HONESTLY think about it, Batman trained to human physical and mental perfection. He is capable of taking on mutated beings, like Killer Croc, whereas Rorschach (I love him, don't get me wrong) does actually have problems fighting only a few cops, as seen in the video. Batman, in addition to having mastered Martial Arts, uses his genius to fight, Rorschach is just brawling, which sets him for a lot of counters by the Bat.

Rorschach couldnt even get away from like what 8 police officers and got tricked int he first place to be in that situation -__- Batman beat the shit out of an entire gang possy to get the the mob-boss in a nightclub in his movie. There's no contest, batman wins every time via GETTING SMASHED!
i would say batman he has more money and better stuff to use, but you never know Rorschach can pritty much use anything as a weapon but i still think batman would win.
