Almost every single response Bloomberg has given to a reporter that could be described as "aggressive" or "arrogant" is really a response to a poorly structured and stuttered question.

"Um...if..if the economy is turning around, uh as you said, does that mean that, the rational for extending t-term limits.." I mean come on. Do you ever here a reporter ask such a badly asked question to Obama. No!
