Not to insult, i love the video, but Big Boss' name is Jack. In the end of MGS3, he tells Ocelot his name is John, to cover-up his real name.

Big Boss in the beginning of MGS3 was called Jack by Major Zero, before changing his codename to Naked Snake.

Big Boss' real name as stated in the Metal Gear Database is John. Jack was a nickname for him that the people close to him used- which is why Zero and the Boss used it.
