It wasn't planned. It was one of those times that I was lucky enough to have FRAPs in the background. I also had the framerate for GTA set in it already. I found it at Wikipedia. GTA III, and Vice City run at 30 fps. San Andreas runs at 25 fps (cause of it's sheer size). Strangely, games unlike movies and animation do not trick the human eye at all into believing motion. People can see flickering, as images move on some games. The higher end games run at over 160 fps (making recording a horror.

Um, no. It operates like a PC game. A master server pings around a thousand servers where people can play the game. (You can't play on the master server, all it does it tell you what servers are available). Most computer games before very recently do not integrate a microphone within the game. It is done on a separate programs such as Ventrilo, or TeamSpeak. The servers are owned or rented by people and they pay for them. A microphone was either built into you computer or you got to buy one.

No, it's not in beta. It's 0.2.2 Revision 2. They don't call it a beta anymore on the main page and download page. Even if it was, it's easily stable enough now.
