Caught 2 Amberjack on one jig of St. Augustine, FL one time on a charter boat trip. FIrst AJ inhaled the jig and it blew out his gills. The second one grabbed the jig and got the hook. First one was "on a stringer" then with the monofilament running through his mouth and out his gills. That was one serious fight. The two of them together weighed ~50 lb. Got video to prove it's no fishing story, too.
