Can you please tell me a effective way on opening up my third eye? i tried the THOH method but it seems to not be working. All i want to do is see, talk, feel, touch, and hear my angel in Heaven.. Please Respond, i am desperate

There is a technique where you close your eyes and look towards your third eye, while pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth, and humming "ahummm" kinda like the monks . There are videos that are dedicated to third eye activation, but everyone is different, most of the time the lower chakras need to be opened first.

Acoustical Alchemy is the name of the performers, the title of the music is "sunrise".The mental block you are referring to is correct, it seems to be different for evryone in reguards to open the third eye. The guy who taught me, showed me a couple of "visualization exercises" in addition to graduating up in size of object your working with. The graduating process allows for the mental block to removed in smaller increments making this type of action more acceptable to the mind.
