You need active internet connection to be able download weather information. (ether 3g , activesync or wifi)

hello, i have a question ;P
i've been having this phone for 5 months now, but still can't figure out the weather. it can't seem to download! why is that? did urs just come pre-downloaded or did u have to do something to get weather?
