  • This video should be classed as "Food Porn" its looks pretty good.

  • @Damoskinos lol Food porn it is then :) Very tasty sauce and steak here. A filet mignon as well as a thick sirloin work great. thank you! KtC

  • Wow, My whole mouth just filled with saliva. Have you done a Beef Wellington video yet?

  • It has been on the list for some time. Hopefully soon, I could eat that :) cheers! KtC

  • That looks amazing! I don't like mushrooms but I'll definitely try this recipe. You're a hit in my house, kTc!

  • Hi! The mushrooms are my choice and does not reflect the taste of the very much. You can skip the mushrooms. Perhaps add some sliced shallots?

Thank you very much, I appreciate your comment. cheers! KtC

  • wow looks so good.... dunno about the crushe pepper corns though i h8 biting into 1 of those lol but each to his own

  • Feeeeeeeeeeeeed ME!!!! Just Kidding, I may have to cook mine longer because I only eat my meat well done. Always looking yummy KtC =)

  • If you find you have to cook it a bit more you could cover for a few minutes lowering the temp. then raisng it up a bit. Better, place in oven (350F - 400F) for a couple of minutes until desired donenesss cheers! KtC

  • *druelz* lol... mmmmm

  • yeah, me too. cheers! KtC

  • why do you seer the edges of the beef?

  • Lock in those juices. It was a thick cut. I served it up medium so I just want to see the beef cooked up all around and the peppercorn toasted up a bit. Depends, if is not too thick then just disregard. Tasty steak however well it is done. cheers, KtC

  • You will certainly enjoy. Have a great day! KtC

  • Very nice, but, gas. You need gas. Cooks cook on gas. Gas is good. Gas rules. You should try it one day. :)

  • I have used gas however, 'sighs, lowers head in shame'.

I can cook off a tin can...You know it would be easy to ship you up here for the winter to show you up close. Watch it buddy :)

  • oh no!! not during the winter!! electric cooking works in Canada I guess, during the winter it gets so cold that the gas would freeze so you don´t have much of an option......

  • yep and you could take my pet polar bear for a walk while you're here.....down boy, down...

  • lol, no thank you, I´ll stick with the lush green vegetation and our hummingbirds, a lot easier on the dogs. Oh, and being able to cook on gas of course. Did I mention we actually get daylight during the winter?

  • sigh...wipes tears from eyes....

  • Dont worry, if you ever come this way you actually get to wear those shorts you bought a decade ago, outdoors!!

  • stop stop, grabbing tissue......

  • keep the vids commin!!

  • will try! Thank you for the support. cheers, KtC
