We lost a friend of my son, a former aggie. Not sure, I think he dropped rank to be a medic..he was KIA in March 2008, Chris West --he had helped me at an awards ceremony when some folks dropped from the heat when he was a sophomore. Beatiful man you've lost. An outstanding soldier, I am sure of it.
