By watching both videos, my conclusion is that you don't know what Gothic Metal is. Maybe the only Gothic Metal Bands there were Lacuna Coil and Epica. The others are just plain Symphonic Metal bands. Want Gothic Metal? Try Evanescence since you're keeping this Only-Female-Singer theme of yours.

while I love all metal, I especially love symphonic (gothic, power, whatever, all the metal with orchestral parts and female vocals, there are so many terms for such music) metal because it is pure in terms of the music its self (most of the time) its not about death or killing things, its simply about the music

I love these bands!! =] Well, to settle a lot of people's debates, I'm not sure all of them are, but the ones I know, most are foreign, like Finland or somewhere else in Europe. Evanescence is American, and I agree that Evanescence would be considered rock than metal, but labels don't matter to me, cuz I am a huge fan of Evansy too. It does not suck to me, and comparing bands are pointless. Take them how they are.

Just a little note to people using the gothic label for every band that has a female singer and sings about medieval/fantasy/whatever themes:

It's not necessarily gothic metal!

Listen to real gothic metal bands like Paradise Lost, Celtic Frost, Anathema, Tiamat, The Gathering, etc and you'll see a band doesn't need a singer in a big dress to be considered gothic.

These bands here are symphonic metal and symphonic metal can at most be seen as a derivative from early gothic metal in my opinion.
