  • I feel so nice and loving to study FEM in my bed.

  • Good lecture. Is there any way to make learning FEM not like cheesegrating my brain?

  • Very good lecture. I really liked the way it is explained.

  • What a good explanations. Greetings from Mexico, I am trying to understand FEM in order to have a better comprehension for the software Comsol

  • Please guys dont make any derogatory comments. This is not some funky stuff to make fun out of it. Its one of the most difficult subject and this Professor has explained the very well. And you are getting IIT level quality education on difficult subs at jus d cost of ur internet. Appreciate for their effort in making such things available for general public.

  • Really good stuff and very few univs offer advanced FEM courses. Actually this subject tough but this Professor is very good. If some1 is not able to follow d lectures and need some help, I recommend u to follow d book, Nonlinear Solid Mechanics by HOLZAPFEL. It is a very good book and it seems this professor also followed d same. U wont get lost in d terminology and letters used for different quantities.

  • The intro is a prayer in Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language.

    Om Sahana Vavatu

    Sahanau Bhunaktu

    Saha Veeryam Karawa Vahai

    Tejasvi Naava Deetha Masthu Ma

    Vidh Vishaa Vahai

    Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi

  • @cramsingapore this on ever single video is annoying

  • Sir. I think I'm in the wrong lecture.

  • Indians are cool, so are chinese and brazilians hahahaha all emergent people are cool, very creative and smart

  • @fsrafols, I certainly appreciate your praise. But "emergent people " ????, Not being any jingoist, but we have ' emerged' already in to one of the greatest civilization even before humans appeared in Europe. Not just India, in China, Japan and in America.Yes in America. !! Unfortunately the looters and plunderers from Europe almost succeeded in genociding whole America. They tried that in India and China too. But after long struggle we survived. So please don't patronize us.

  • All these comments are so funny. It looks like all these people have no idea what he is talking about as I see no discussion on the topic it self. This subject is so freakin complicated and this guy did a very good job of explaining some of the fundamentals. This course itself costs thousands of dollars and I have no clue why this video is here for free.

  • i only watch these videos because of the sound the chalk makes, its like a symphony in my head

  • retard ?

  • loool

  • I hate pakis, id never wanna b in his class i wouldnt understand wtf he says EVER

  • Comment removed

  • @eric71- he is not a paki, being an Indian he is quite the anti-paki ... moreover for understanding adv FEM one has to be a non-retard first .

He happens to be one of the best profs on this subject.
