It's saying your computer/laptop doesn't have enough memory left to save this file. Try deleting files that you don't use or don't need then try saving it again.

Divx file? I'm not sure :S The file types that can be importe dinto WMM is Avi, Wmv and some others. I don't think divx file can be imported sorry

It's completely safe place to download, I've been using that website for a year and have had no problems :D Also you need divx codec to watch those naruto episodes since there in avi format.
