  • wow like the brass parts looks great

  • id really like to see the cam gear on it... some type of planetary setup? iunno...

maybe i should fork out the 40 bucks...

sounds nothing like a harley. a ducati maybe, with the 90 deg setup, but not a harley...

  • @headsmess listen to it idle its got a harley lope to it

  • I like how when it revs it throws the cooling belt to the side.

  • look up jerry howell on the internet. he passed away recently but the plans should still be available.

  • where did you get plans?

  • hahahahhahahaahha that thing sounds like my car lmfao

  • coppr is a nice touch real nice work

  • awesome

    but.....

instead of that purple ?rubberband/string? = i would have use a couple of 8toothed clutch sprockets off a 49cc pocketbike and replaced the purple ?rubberband/string? with the small poket bike chain ,idk, looks like it warps at revs

  • @AxSxKxONE chains would eat up more power then the belt idea would.....he'd be better off finding a better band that doesnt streth as much

  • @oilfield666 oh , just an idea

  • did you build it your self from scratch or build from a kit?

  • got plans from internet and built from barstock.

  • Sweeeet, and very well working. Congratulations.

  • Check out Idian/Erie 1915 USA on you tube. This man

    Ruby, can build replica motor

cycles from a block of metal, nuts, bolts, pistons, everything from scratch. These bikes look exactly like

    the real vintage bikes.

  • nope not an engineer. just a high school graduate with lots of experience under his belt.

  • I am amazed at how people can mold or cast their own

parts to build small scale replica motors. I want to learn

how you make all the parts.

    Thinking about College now.

    Are you an enginer?

  • sounds sweet

  • What horse power is that putting out roughly?

    Sounds liek the real deal!

  • @CSAKvids not sure what the horsepower would be, but it runs pretty good. if i remember right the bore is 1.75" and 1.5" stroke

  • sounds like a tiny harley!

  • @KartRacer695 indeed! Now we just need a tiny harley and tiny one percenter!

  • were can i find plans!?!?

  • i got the plans from jerry howell. he has a website where he sells several plans.just google jerry howell and you should find it. as far as plans for the harley goes. i'm in the middle of building, proofing, and reevaulating the plans. the plans and drawing files may become available for sale in the future. i've got at least 1000 hours in the darn thing already.
