If you're not a Federal employee, you're
not required to pay any taxes on your
wages or salaries. This was a kickback
scheme to raise funds during Civil War.

If you read Section 93 it imposes this tax on every Citizen.

Whatever the guy from cali said the income tax is a legal imposition.
The Federal income tax is not voluntary.
I read from the anti-tax-protestor handbook, it's much better.
Prima Facia evidence stand until it is proven wrong.
