I can only read hiragana and katakana but the game is written in its most part in Kanji.But I can still play it. After some time you memorize all the ideograms. Its easy! Buy the game 'cause its really good!
Yes, the game was really great, it was hard in the beginning because of language, but in the end i 'memorize all the ideograms',the last monster on village was chameleon like creature, but still i couldn't complete some missions like rathalos and blue rathalos in the finall area (gigantic tower)
if only i would understand japanes...i would buy this game...i have mh1...sad thing they closed the online mode...

lol im learning hiragana and katakana right now and im doing prity good at it but i dont think ill be aboul to learn kanji becuse it's just to hard
