  • While we are on the subject, Timothy B. Schmidt did an amazing cover of the Beach Boys, "Caroline No". Brian Wilson commented that his version made him cry! He also recorded the closing track on Fast Times at Ridgemont High, "So in Love"-- now that's a voice!

  • John Taupin: Re: Joe's voice and Eagles harmonies, you can thank Timothy B. Schmidt for rounding out the harmonies, not Joe! It's just a personal preference, listen to each Eagle seperately then decide.

  • Let's get something straight; Bob Welch had a better voice than Lindsay. (although his Castaway Dreams is amazing). Lindsay was and is an awesome guitarist as is Joe Walsh but Joe has a terrible voice! Christine's voice was under appreciated and early FM was nothing until Stevie and Lindsay came on board.

  • @jmartin4955 Joe Walsh...how did he become a factor? Bob Welch was very early FM. Did Joe ever play with FM? Did he mess around with Stevie? Messing around with Stevie...nice. I can do lighting although thunder always..well you know!

  • @jmartin4955 Yeah, Joe has a terrible voice.. listen to those shitty harmonies in The Eagles. Awful...(Sarcasm) Clean the shit out of your ears. Joe is brilliant!

  • I didn't know she had a relationship with Don, but it makes sense; they appeared at an Artists Rights concert in LA and they sang Leather and Lace and she was hanging all over him, and he was largely ignoring her. This was around 2002 or so. Still thought Christine McVie has a better voice

  • Wow ~ Thank God she's still around to prove how awsome she still is.

  • don told me that stevie had a snapping pussy back in the day....

  • OMG you guys give stevie a break!

  • She looks zonked out on drugs here. Henley talking about the abortion was just so wrong. They are still really good friends despite all this stuff. He sometimes showed up at her concerts & sang with her. But she later claims that Joe Walsh was the love of her life. They dated in the 80's. Stevie sure got around.

  • @Topkat311 Well, over the course of 20 or so years, YEAH she got around. So did I! I probly dated way more people than she did, and loved each one of them! Just sayin...

  • @mommapuddin Yes, everyone got around in the 70's, but how many Eagles have you slept with? Just sayin'

  • @Topkat311 She was a cocaine whore.....

  • They were both two cocaine freaks crying on each others shoulders about how unhappy they were with their millions as they fucked each other & cried in their cocaine induced madness....

  • @ogrebattle22763 Ha ha ha love it!

  • Mick was her sugar daddy..... supplying her with all the cocaine she could sniff so naturally it was ineviatble that she was gonna end up fucking him...

  • She fucked Mick Fleetwood she is a nasty whore...

  • She is a whore anybody who would fuck Mick Fleetwood is a fucking nasty whore....

  • @ogrebattle22763 you are just by how you talk faggot

  • @thoostorm4 I'm so offended... RETARD....

  • @ogrebattle22763 scum no tallented scum

  • @thoostorm4 it's no "talent" RETARD....

  • Someone once told me stevie Nicks from fleetwood mac was gorgeous,....., I never ever bothered my arse to check, until now......, f*ckin hell, I'm speechless. Halloween costume indeed.

  • @alwaystapetheolive This was filmed when she was strung out on Klonopin. She talks about how it made her gain weight and age over night. She was gorgeous before then and has really regained most of her physical beauty. She looks amazing for 62. I'd sleep with her and I'm 23.

  • @LTopomcFly Yes. That stuff is awful. They prescribed it for me several years back (can't remember what for probably fibromyalgia). Took it for several days. Felt like %$#@. I went fishing with some friends and slept through the whole trip! Looked up side-effects and found an article about her experience. FLUSHED it all and never looked back. Healthy diet and lifestyle changes have diminished most of my problems! I'm glad she told her story or I might have kept taking that junk!

  • Wow! I didn't know he treats her like a wife! I read that she aborted his baby and he told the press! I still haven't forgiven him for tattling on her for that.

  • @nightskymine So she was too busy touring, had to many commitments to stop to have a baby. I can understand the pressures they are under the way they used to be treated, like music slaves. If this is true then it it truly sad that that happened. We shouldn't judge without knowing the entire circumstances. I did not know this, but I am not going to judge either of them as I don't know what happened.

  • Don Henley Must Die!!!

  • @pandaeyes42 VOTE PEYOTE PARTY in 2012 !!! MOJO NIXON for President.

  • @MrBeautifulba1

    I love you!

  • Is she wearing a halloween costume? Horrific.

  • In Soviet Russia, Don Henley on Stevie Nicks.

  • she and henley shoulda stuck together. two massive egos, in their bitter burnout skin

  • I think Don Henley is a fucking jerk and the biggest ego in LA together with Glen Frey! The reason is becuse they sacked Don Felder, verry egoistic done so fuck Don

  • @fatimanika Don Henley could have his way with your anus if he wanted.

  • @Sirveaux The problem is still that Don Henley and Glen Frey have acted very childish and egoistic ! Don Felder wrote "Hotel California" and other songs and have made a huge contribution to The Eagles work and you don't treat a person like that. Well ! Don Felder did win in the court but the best thing woukld have been if they could have stick together.

  • Stevie Nicks reminds me of Michelle Pheiffer in Scarface

  • Don Henley is an attractive guy. I like his personality. He's a laid back kind of guy. Very lovable.

  • Liked I've said, I liked, (like) the new Fleetwood Mac w/Lindsay & Stevie, but excuse me Stevie, Fleetwood Mac had already become successful before you & Lindsay joined them. Nice to have good self worth, but also important to acknowledge the hard work & success of others. You & Lindsay were handed the "trophy' past members also deserved credit for.

  • @lolangford1 Fleetwood Mac was an okay band before Stevie and Lindsey joined them. After Stevie and Lindsey joined Fleetwood Mac the band reached SUPER STARDOM and became an international band. This is not my opinion it is fact. Check it out for yourself... google. Why do people comment on videos of bands they do not like? I just don't get it... you come off as having so much time to bash famous singers it is like you have no life of your own to waste this much time doing so.

  • This was her zombied-out POST cocaine years. This is KLONOPIN kids!

  • I can only agree!

  • Has there ever been a band member she didnt F%%K ? LOL

  • She was always baked, drunk, or gooned on coke ! LOL

  • cocaine is a helluva drug...

  • i think it is nice and classy that speaks well of her relationship with Don Henley. i enjoy both of their band's music. it is refreshing to hear someone speak kindly about a old flame.

  • /watch?v=OlLzAWUY6Xo

  • @WhatSayestThou this is epic for the sake of hilarity on old love songs

  • Respond to this video... of corse, this is just damn funny. leather and lace parody

  • So basically she's admitting that she was sexually involved with Don Henley at a time when she was deeply in love with Lindsey Buckingham, "the love of her life". Hmmm. No wonder Lindsey wrote "Go Your Own Way" to her--"Loving you, isn't the right thing to do. How can I ever change things that I feel..."

  • What year was this interview? She looks strung out on coke.....

  • @Hunkola IS that like being "strung out" on coffee and lack of sleep?

    I', a little confused..snff snff...

  • what the fuck over i been lookin for my music god only knows fer how long ,my buddy here manuel says damm grl u spnt waaaaaaaaay too much #@%&$# time KKKKKKKKKKKKK i thought u knew wtf Stevie Nicks sang awesome song with dude ,mDooooonnn HENLEY;THE FREAKIN HIGHWAYMAN .PLEASE HELP !!!! I CANB PLAY IT SING IT LOVE I'D FING LOVE TO HEAR IT POR FAJOR

  • @cowgirl46able WTF are you talkin about? Put down the crack pipe for a minute will ya?

  • Don Henley is lucky he got settled down, he had plenty of ups and downs with women most of his life and was up to admitting it as well, which of course, his arrest and some private affairs like the Eagles famous 3rd encore, they still keep hush-hush.

  • By the look in her eyes, she seems to still love him.

  • @AlexandriaDaniels --sounds like you are SURE about that. How do you know so much?

  • we need more thinking women, i have a feeling they are out there, but sometimes it seems like i cant find them, are they hiding? lol maybe just from me :(

  • "Found something in me that he has not found since" ... sorry, Stevie, but that is a rather self aggrandizing statement. Obviously, Don DID find something in someone other than her, and he married her (Sharon) in 1995.

  • @KarmicOmen and this was taped much before 1995

  • @KarmicOmen she did not say that he did not find anything ever in anyone else. she said that he found something in her that he did not find in anyone else. just because he married sharon and not stevie does not mean that stevie did not have something different from sharon

  • How about a joint headline tour of The Eagles and Fleetwood Mac? That would awesome...

  • @floydian2007 It would have been awesome in 1977.

    Now, it would be geriatric.

  • their relationship was extremely special the two years they went out...but the abortion she suffered was painful for both.

  • There was a lotta Hanky Panky in the Eagles, the 3rd Encore, people who know the band, they know what that is! Those who read Felder's book have some insight. They never discuss their exploits with women, but Felder did open up about it in his book

  • oh yeah they had some major sex parties...and I did read about it. Since the guys cruelly cut Felder from the band...Felder bared all!

  • Stevie is very talented , But this looks like her sedated time she seems dulled by drugs. Probably prescriptions, some Dr s are killing people with these dangerous prescriptions!

  • @divgtrslingr It's clinically known as the MJ Syndrome, eh?

  • @9jester9 When people say 'God' they don't always mean the one from the bible lol...

  • @9jester9

    ah padawan

but what is the ego, grasshopper?

  • No one is a nobody. Everyone has the same worth in the site of GOD.

  • do you think anyone needs "god" to think that?

  • I loved there music then I love it now

  • Your the one uneducated and unsophisticated. If you cant enjoy her love of music, then why are you even on here listening to her! You have too much time on your hands...

  • @xBlaqxAsxNightx - cause they suCK.!! ahhaha

  • @xBlaqxAsxNightx

i know this is a year late, but i can't resist. if you are going to call someone uneducated, you should try to spell "you're" correctly.

  • @r0llskyay0 You know you're is a congunction for you are, your is means to belong to someone. I know I can't spell right either, but at least I know english rules

  • @r0llskyay0

I know this is 9 months too late, but I really do appreciate you helping xBlaqxAsxNightx to spell 'you're' correctly. I myself prefer literate loudmouths, to those who are not literate. ;-)

  • @MrLeagueOJustice You didn't need that second comma.

  • @kaguth

True, but I liked the idea of a pause there for a moment.

  • @MrLeagueOJustice I should have started that with "I know this is a day late, but".

  • @r0llskyay0 I know this is nearly a year late but I love pedants. There's a club here in little old England called "Where and why should the apostrophe be used"..working title as the jury is out. Does the question mark come before the quotation mark or after....?.tricky one that hmmm? Troublesome chap old Johnny syntax

  • @Rikk303 If you are quoting a question then the ? will go within the quotation marks.

ex. Sally asked, "Where are you going?"

If you're asking a question about a quote, then the ? will go after the quotation marks.

ex. Did Sally say, "We are going to the zoo"?

    :)

  • how i wish they wouldve stayed together and make beautiful talented babys and music!!

  • someone tell me wat this norman person said. he got a lot of bad feedback.

  • wow just think you will never be that way or your that way now ,,,, must be tough pick on someones looks

  • people should take a look at your channel

they'll see old, fat an ugly. LOL

  • you are ugly inside & out, and contribute nothing - other than an argument for birth control.

  • Comment removed

  • misery loves company!

stevie will ALWAYS be beautiful, because of her soul. but too bad you will never be in her company! one truly beautiful is never as shallow as the way you spoke.

your words cannot mar her or effect the lives she has touched!

  • are you "the" Norman Vail? Wow

  • Old, fat and ugly is not good but better than being a retarded, inbred fucktard like you.

  • Well we all get old and most of us put on a few pounds in the process. But Stevie will always be beautiful. Regardless, why would you post such a comment? Very unchristian of you.

  • Comment removed

  • Do we have to respect your right to use bad grammar??? Try using the audio preview from now on... and a few periods.

  • Comment removed

  • @david1513 hehe. Yeah. I pretty much am better than everybody. Eh, don't take it personally. I must have been having a bad day, and your grammar pushed me over the edge. And...? I didn't want to contact you... Also: no lurking troll. I just say things when I see them. Anywho. God bless! (and English teachers teach. ha! Jk)

  • @david1513 Bad grammar is just bad grammar. Insulting your lack of intelligence and lack of education is easy. You've displayed both all by yourself.

  • @david1513 it was adoted okay this is getting weird

  • their baby would have been awesome.

  • @SammysPizza Stevie was in no condition to be anybody's Mother.

The kid might have been born addicted to Coke.

  • whoa her voice is DEEP.

  • she was pregnant with Don Henley's baby, it was a girl test showed, (Stevie named her Sara) but tests also showed the baby had down-syndrome or some other kind of malformation, so Stevie aborted her, and Don did not seem to care one way or the other, hence the line, "When you build your house, call me," because at the time of the abortion, Don Henley was in the process of building his LA area home.

  • Comment removed

  • sorry, but It's not bullshit, it was in the book about the Eagles that came out about 10 years ago, and Stevie Knicks and Don Henley have both acknowledged it in interviews. There is even a verbatim quote from Henley himself in that book, not the recent one by Don Felder, but the one written back in 1999 or 2000.

  • I know about the abortion

"but tests also showed the baby had down-syndrome or some other kind of malformation," what!? stevie said she couldnt have a kid cause she was to busy that's all. "Don did not seem to care one way or the other, hence the line, "When you build your house, call me,"" Stevie said that she was in Don's house before he finished it.

  • idk, i just read in an interview online once that Henley said she wrote a song about their unborn kid, and she said, "when you build your house, call me," was directed @ him, so i figured it was the song Sara since i knew that line was in it.

the quote was also in the book, To The Limit, The Story of the Eagles, circa 1999 or 2000. It's a pretty good read if you're interested...:)

  • Comment removed

  • ya i took it that way too, i think the house line was directed to DH when he was building his LA area house and seemed to not care she just had their baby aborted. At least that is what i thought Ms. Knicks implied anyway.

  • i dont think the house line has anything to do with him caring or not but the abortion must've caused some kind of impression if he brought it up 15 yrs later. :)

  • I've read it :) and I agree. It all makes perfect sense. I think Stevie said that it was a very personal song for her. And the line "I think I have met my match, he was singing and undoing...and undoing the laces" was about Don Henley so I've heard. :D

  • In the Eagles biography it said nothing about the baby having down-syndrome...She just thought it would be too hard to have a baby when she was caught up in her carreer.

  • ok then, but still, considering how much these two were coked out coke heads back in their heyedays, it was probably a wise choice i think on her part that she decided NOT to have Don Henley's child, seeing as how her and Henley were still behaving like drugged out partying immature rock star bratty kids themselves back in their 70's heyday.

  • I agree with you on that

  • Stevie Nicks impresses me as not being too educated, and very unsophisticated. She's so falsely non-chalant and full of herself. Hear how she brags about Fleetwood Mac being at its peak and how for some reason I can't phatom, it made her special in comparison to the girls he was used to being with.

  • FM was at it's peak when she met him, what wrong with saying that?

and stevie can talk about him cause she actually knows him and you dont

uneducated and unsophisticated? seems like you're the one who needs to get over yourself

you see she's stevie nicks and you are a nobody.

  • great reply!

  • @vmtz2001 Lol I wouldn't say she was 'bragging' in the way she said it (whatever it means to 'brag' exactly haha). She was just saying what she felt was probably the truth and there's nothing wrong with that, like there's nothing wrong with being uneducated or unsophisticated (if she was). I adore both Don Henley and Stevie Nicks' music and it's interesting and sweet to hear her talking about him in this way :)

  • @Hipsishere It's her perspective on how she was treated, but we don't know how Henley treated all his various women, but as Don Felder joked, when he broke up with someone, it typically spurred some excellent song writing, from a broken heart I guess

  • @MetallicBill Well yea lol, but in relation to Stevie I think it's cute how she talks about him.

  • @vmtz2001

There is so much wrong with your comment I am actually worried for you. Please tell me you are not a recent college graduate here in the U.S. If you are, this means you are my competition in the job market; this is both alarming and unjust.

Additionally, "a falsely and nonchalant" demeanor is an oxymoron.

Please reread the last 5 letters of this comment.

  • @hhijklmjoe So its true awww that is sad to hear about Sara

  • Wow Stevie Nicks had a thing for two of the Eagles.

  • really? which ones (besides obviously don henley)

  • Joe Walsh

  • wow... i did NOT see that coming lol

  • She has always said Joe Walsh was the love of her life.

Her song "Has anyone written anything for you." was written about Joe.

  • @SkylarBry was not! She wrote that song 4 tom petty & a little girl that he loved that had died. And it devistated the man.U havent been doing ur homewk on stevie. She just told the story about the song, its here-look it up.

  • @SmokinMo11 um it was actually about Joe walsh and his little daughter :)

  • @SmokinMo11 Actually SkylarBry is right...Stevie has said numerous times that HAEWAFY was written for Joe Walsh and his daughter who passed away. I think you need to go back and re-read.

  • @SkylarBry Stevie wrote the song 4 tom petty & a little girl that he loved that passed.Look it up,its here.I read it just last night.

  • @SmokinMo11 Catch Stevie's Storytellers video...she tells how she wrote the song for Joe Walsh and his daughter.

  • I guess I'm just too young, but I never knew the relationship grew beyond professsionial

  • Suposedly Sara is Stevie's most personal song. It is about Don Henley. "But now it's gone it doesn't matter what for" Stevie said he had to do alot of apologizing for years before she spoke to him.

  • Famous people don't normally bash eachother about such personal things. I still hate Don for that!

  • Don loved her. :)

  • do you think the eagles song just to busy being fabulous was written about stevie

  • i know it was partly written by Glenn Frey and i dont think she had anything with him.

where do you get that from?

  • I heard that Stevie was pregnant with Don Henley's baby and aborted it. She wrote the song "Sara" about Don and her unborn child. Do you know if that is true?

  • I guess it depends on what interview you see or read. I just watched an interview where she says 'Sara' was mainly about Mick. I also read an interview about her affair with Don where whoever wrote it said Don had a reputatio called 'Love 'em and lear 'em". Lear meaning jet plane. Supposedly he was a ladies man. And I read that when she aborted his baby he went and told the press. Do you know how damaging that could have been to her career???

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • She killed his baby and your thought is "how damaging it could have been to her carreer - the fact that he told about it"??? Wonder how damaging it is to his heart...still...

BTW - I'm not excusing him for bashing, I'm only commenting that , to me, the priorities in that post are askewed...
