U.S. police are using tasers far too often when other traditional methods would suffice. Any videos and news reports we see and hear about are always just the tip of the iceberg. What you people fail to realize is that by tazing him they minimize the chance of either them or him actually getting hurt. If they fought they could/probably would have rolled down the concrete stairs. They tazzed him and controlled him. It's his own fault, if you are compliant than it won't happen.
