Thanks to all who have posted. I made this video a few years ago and have always been moved by this song. As another Christmas season is upon us I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas with many blessings in 2012. Let us all take time to remember why it is we celebrate and not get lost in the trivial pursuits that really do not matter. May God bless and keep you all safe.

Jesus is the only one to be praised and worshiped. Mary had a very honored yet difficult mission-to carry and raise the Living God in human form. As a mother myself I cant begin to imagine how she must have felt as she loved Him as any mother would-she carried Him for 9 mos. She knew He was sent to be the saviour but was human as well. She had great pain being there with Jesus when He died but He died for her as well as the whole human race.
sometimes when i feel myself getting down on life i remember the sacrifice jesus made so i could be free. I think too many people including myself expect life to be easy just because we have christ but thats wrong because its going to become harder than before, but we have a friend! I hope jesus never leaves my side and continues to walk with me through lifes terrible strikes to my pride. I may lose, friends family or relationships but jesus is the one thing i will always love and trust!
Sometimes when i go through hard times in my life and i think i cant go on, I think of christ and what he did for us. He's the son of god and yet he came down and lived just like on eof us. He sahred in our joys and our sadness. The suffering jesus went through would have been for nothing if people dont acknowledge his presence in their lives! The fact that I'm alive right now is because of christ and I hope he never leaves my side, because without him, I dont have a life.
I must say that Mother Mary saved my life in my worst and bad times of my life. and alwayes i feel her presence and peace,. how lucky i am to have that kind of support, the most powerful queen and merciful queen she is Mother Mary I thank you. she is queen of earth and heaven.

What a great honor for Mary, but what a heartbreak for her to have to see all that he endured during his final days for 2000 plus years of generations yet to come and who so desperately need what he was willing to sacrifice. He knew his mother's heart was torn apart, yet he did it all for every last one of us. I pray that God will give me even just a little bit of the integrity that Jesus had.

It's surprising how people can still joke about Jesus Christ. It is also funny because these people somehow know that there is God out there and they are avoiding as much as possible. Something that is unseen is called faith, I rather live as a Christian and die to see there is no God, then to live without God, die and see he Exists. I am a Catholic and I believe that all us are delivered by Jesus from our sins by His sacrifice on the cross but in the case of mary, it is different. Her redemption is anticipatory. Jesus protected His mother from original sin at the moment of her conception. Thus, Jesus is still Mary's Savior. She thanked Him when she says, "My spirit rejoices in God my Savior.

What a great honor for Mary, but what a heartbreak for her to have to see all that he endured during his final days for 2000 plus years of generations yet to come and who so desperately need what he was willing to sacrifice. He knew his mother's heart was torn apart, yet he did it all for every last one of us. I pray that God will give me even just a little bit of the integrity that Jesus had.

i love this song is the best my fav.. i love Jesus and GOD so much cant wait till i see him in heaven i know how fun it will be i pray to... if we all accept HIM to be our SAVIOR then we might go to heaven.... i cant imagine what kind of pain JESUS went through when HE was there on the cross :( but its good and bad that HE died... one thing he died on the cross to wash away our sins and another he was in pain... poor mary she watch him die there so sad.... :(

It's surprising how people can still joke about Jesus Christ. It is also funny because these people somehow know that there is God out there and they are avoiding as much as possible. Something that is unseen is called faith, I rather live as a Christian and die to see there is no God, then to live without God, die and see he Exists. Friend, Mary is just like any other woman, however God had favor on her to bring His Son Lord Jesus Christ through her. Mary was born a sinner and Lord Jesus Christ came to wash her from her sins. Lord Jesus Christ is the only sinless man and worshipping Mary is also a sin.

I like everything in the song except for the lyrics which says that Jesus will deliver Mary from her sins. I am a Catholic and I believe that all us are delivered by Jesus from our sins by His sacrifice on the cross but in the case of mary, it is different. Her redemption is anticipatory. Jesus protected His mother from original sin at the moment of her conception. Thus, Jesus is still Mary's Savior. She thanked Him when she says, "My spirit rejoices in God my Savior.

That is wondeful that you have a strong faith in the LORD. Start reading the bible, you will then learn more about GOD, and love Him even more. It's GOD's grace that is given us. Mary has nothing to do with grace. She is just a human as you and I are. She was a woman, blessed above many, but she is still human. When JESUS, died on the cross it was also for Mary too. Contrary to popular belief she was not sinless. The word says "all have sinned and come short of the glory of GOD" JESUS is GOD

If Jesus is God and Mary is sinful at the moment he bore Jesus, can God and sin be at the same place? Can the Father take a sinful body for his Son to be conceived? Remember, it was Mary's flesh that the Lord was carrying. Jesus is very similar to us except sin. Can't God exempt Mary from sin so that she can bear His Son? When Paul wrote to the Romans that all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, of course Mary is included because she is not God and can not be glorified as God.

Mary was a young girl, a virgin. Which, means she and her husband to be, Joseph had not consumated their marriage...ask your parents what that means. Mary was carring the flesh of GOD, not the other way around. JESUS was fully GOD and fully man. Yes, GOD and sin can be in the same place. The LORD does not fellowship with sin. It was the HOLY GHOST that overshadowed Mary so that what she conceived was holy.
You are correct in saying Mary is not God and can not be glorified as god.

No, Mary is not sinful. She is concieved without original sin by her mother Ann. That is called the Immaculate Conception. The feast day is Dec. 8. No, God is sinful and God can forgive sinners, Mary was betroved to Joseph, or engaged and thats when the Angel Gabriel cam to her. No, because she doesnt have sin.

No, Mary did not sin. She was pure of sin,and that is called the Immaculate Conception. The doctrine of the Immaculate Conception is one of the most difficult doctrines for non-Catholics to accept. She has sanctyfying grace from the moment of her conception. Mary was free from original sin because God didnt have original sin or any sin.

This makes me cry. I can't imagine the pain Mary felt watching the torture of her beautiful son, even though she knew from the beginning it must come to pass. And now the pure joy of being with Him in Heaven for eternity! The most beautiful story ever told! I pray we all get to Heaven so that we can thank him in person. What an awesome God indeed!!!

Wasn't Stephen the first follower of the Way to die at the hands of persecution? Wasn't that because he defended Christ eloquently and bravely against false accusations? We must not flee from questions asked of our faith. It might seem hard and the questioners may seem intimidating, but we are commissioned to sing His name out in all Creation.

Problem #1: A basic misunderstanding of the technical use of the term cult.
