The singer is like a mix of Geddy Lee, Dennis Deyoung from Styx, and Steve Perry from Journey. Really impressive for a cover band. The band is tight, and better then 2112 or Freewill out of Toronto. But that singer...if I dident know any better, Id say put him in a band from the 70s or 80s and hed be a star. Very impressive.

Hands down one of the best sounding RUSH tribute bands I've heard, and I've seen many. They don't have to 'look' like them, just sound like them, and Geddy Lee has to be THE hardest guy to copy. The Yellow Brick Road Band in Las Vegas and these guys have to be the two best out there. Moving Pictures in SoCal is great too. I think the guys from the Atomic Punks are in that band as well.

I finally got to see RUSH at the Allentown fair grounds then end of August. As far as Getty, His voice is getting a little "Worn out" or something. He still sounds like Getty but the higher notes he has a problem hitting. PEART on the other hand still goes full bore on the drums. They rocked.

The drummer also plays for Valentine and Evolution. You guys who sit and nit-pick about this or that note or such forget one thing--this is a LIVE performance. You want exact sameness, go listen to the record. No one sounds exactly the same live as in the studio. I was a musician and also a roadie for many years--get a clue, guys. At least these players are working and not still in a garage like most of the players out there.

Tribute bands are supposed to give you the illusion that you are actually seeing the REAL THING. When they don't look like the real band, it ruins the experience. Just check out the VH tribute band called Atomic Punks on YouTube. You'll see what I mean about THE REAL THING!

First of all..JACK ASS!..before you go calling me dummy..I'm very versed in the "tribute" concept..go look at my page..I try to look as much like Peart as I can..BUT..even my tribute band knows and agrees that no..it's NOT necessary to LOOK just like them...some choose to..some don't. The point is to go see the bands, enjoy the good music and have a good time. Not worry about who looks like who. Go check out The Police Experience..one of the better tribute bands I've seen and heard.

Drummer- hard to hear but looks like he's 90% there! The other 10% is signature Neil and it might be that no one will ever get any closer.

Singer- has those higher registers down! But you simply cannot compare voice control with Geddy because Geddy is playing extremely complicated base lines/keyboard/effects simultaneously. There is no comparison. Stage presence is pretty bad too. Maybe not so much pointless movement/imitating guitar/acting like he's playing drums.

Guitar- Definitely got the rhythm sections down, seems to be weak on 16th notes or whenever quick left hand technique is required. He also has bad stage presence.

Close your eyes, ignore the bass and they sound very similar except when a guitar solo comes up or a signature Peart drumline. All in all, I'd say they have something to be proud of.
